More than just a great realtor
I have bought and sold almost a dozen homes through Travis and he has also managed rental homes for me for almost 15 years. Travis understands the market and has relationship with resources to provide services needed to prepare for sale, evaluate a potential new home and provide valuable assessment of potential new purchases. I recently did a 1031 exchange and Travis knew more than my accountant OR the closing company which was tremendously helpful.
