Tracy Queen and her partner Steve Cannon are a well-coordinated team who worked diligently to market our home. They were very attentive to the preparation and presentation of our home. We had already bought another home in the metro area so we were keen to sell the home but wanted to receive full value in our home investment. Tracy knows our neighborhood very well and have sold other homes in the vicinity. In practically no time at all they found a family for whom our home was a solid value. They lost no time in arranging the sale. I should also mention that both Tracy and Steve are the nicest people you would ever want to meet. We loved the attention to detail. Every time we asked for input, it was specific to the end result of a successful sale. Both you and Steve were easy to speak with and responsive. We did not have any true surprises having had such a wonderful experience the first time we worked with you over 10 years prior. We both felt you treated the sale of our house as you would your own. Tracy came prepared with the tax records and listing of houses for sale in the area. Also a list of what sold and for how much. We were impressed!! You provided the professional cleaning of the house and that was nice just to pack our stuff and leave. You made arrangements for the yard work to be done, the repair on the side of the house and just checked the house after a storm to see if there had been any damage. You made arrangements for the roof, driveway, deck and house to be pressure washed as needed. You and Steve were just wonderful to work with! I have never seen a realtor work so hard to get a house sold.

The most important thing you did in listing and selling our Oak Brook Court property was developing a “market-ready” plan and identifying needed updates ahead of listing. What surprised me the most was how fast the sales process worked and how easy it was to work with you as the realtor.
