If, however, you want the easiest, effortless, and painless experience when selling a house, then you have found the right people. We first met Tracy when we were looking for a house and she was the seller’s agent. We left that open house with the clear decision that when we become serious about buying a house, Tracy would be our agent. Well, it didn’t work out that way because we ended up buying the house she was selling. However, a lifelong friendship developed with her and Steve. And when it was time to sell our house, there was no one we trusted more than Tracy to sell our house. She was very knowledgeable about the market and gave us a realistic picture of the house and what we should expect. We knew that there were things we needed to fix, and she walked us through what was worth fixing and updating and what wasn’t. There were times I looked at her like she was crazy with some of her recommendations, but as she is the expert, we followed her lead. Suffice it to say, every $ we spent to get the house ready to list it, we got back in multiple. In addition to everything Tracy did, Steve can’t be forgotten. He came by and pressured washed areas of the house, helped us move things around, and he even took stuff we were getting rid of and drove it to someone’s house. Throughout the whole process, there was such great communication from both of them and we knew exactly what was happening and what was coming up next. Having Tracy and Steve be responsible for selling our house was one of the best decisions we made. I cannot recommend them more highly and they have absolutely ruined me for other real estate agents! They have set a very high bar.

Could not ask for a more thoughtful, kind and considerate person to help us navigate the sale of a condo from my sister's estate. Communication was very good with quick responses if we had a question. As I live out of state she also helped up set up the closing so I did not have to travel to Atlanta for the closing.
