Tracy and Steve were insightful and always ready to provide helpful feedback as we began to get my mother's house ready to sell. They had professionals ready when we needed repairs, updates, etc. and it made the process a lot easier. They were patient but ready to move forward, as we navigated the loss of our mother during the process and then clearing out the house. We were pleased with the offers we received.
We were selling our house while living abroad. Tracy was great about communicating with us not only what was going on with the house, but also the market overall, letting us know when we needed to hurry and when we could relax. I know our situation added extra stressors, but she was great and working with us and find solutions. What was most impressive was her ability to stick to the timeline she gave us. She picked the perfect moment to put it on the market and she got it under contract quickly! Our house is weird and I expected it to be hard to sell, but she knew exactly how to market it to make the right people take an interest.

This is my 2nd review of working with Tracy Q and Steve C and hopefully not my last, because I wouldn’t want to work with any other realtors. We first met Tracy in late summer 2019 at an open house where she was the listing agent. Long story short, we became good friends. We ended up buying that house, and then life changed and we needed to move to NJ, which meant selling it. Tracy was once again our agent for that same house (you can find my other review for the details of that experience). Fast forward to summer 2025, when we decided to move back to ATL. The first person I reached out to was Tracy. Since we were still in NJ, most of our communication was via email, text, and phone calls. Throughout the entire search, she was proactive and communicated so well that the process never felt stressful. We came down to ATL over Labor Day weekend with the goal of seeing as many homes as possible. I don’t know the final number, but I think we toured 36 houses in three days. Tracy and Steve took time away from their personal lives and dedicated the entire weekend to us, always prioritizing our needs. The second house we saw on day two ended up being the one we bought, but since we weren’t 100% sure at the time, we kept looking. We narrowed it down to two homes, both of which needed work. Tracy and Steve coordinated follow-up visits with a contractor to help us understand the costs involved and did a lot of the heavy lifting. They were present for everything—contractor meetings, inspections, and closing—and provided great recommendations for pest control, maintenance, and more. There were repairs the seller completed, and since we couldn’t be there to inspect the work, Steve handled it for us, sending photos and videos. It genuinely felt like having a trusted family member looking out for us. I recently recommended Tracy to a neighbor selling their home and described her as the “Easy Button.” Tracy and Steve truly make your life easier when buying or selling a home.
Previously I believe real estate agents were largely a scam that effectively profited off of a monopoly on being able to post to the MLS. After my experience with Tracy I learned I could not have been more wrong. Tracy was an invaluable partner who was able to work with us to get our house sold quickly, efficiently, and for a mutually agreeable price. I could not recommend Tracy more and don’t think you’ll find anyone better in the Tucker/Doraville area.

She made what is normally perceived as a frustrating and stressful process very manageable - and in record time. I was referred to Tracy by a friend, I'm out of state seller. We spoke at length on the phone, she walked the house with the critical eye of a buyer and buyers agents. We came up with an action plan to get the house ready to sell, researched and had logical and reasonable comp properties and how my property would stack up with the competition. She helped with coordinating skilled contractors and suppliers. She made sure the listing and disclosures were correct and accurate. We hit the market with a coordinated sales effort and we went under contract within 4 days with an offer over our asking price. After the contract went through due diligence she kept me posted on all the myriad details. I would absolutely work with her again if given the choice and I would pay full commission. Experienced (and positive mindset) are a rarity in the RE market and she is absolutely the best agent I have ever worked with.
