I was connected with Tracy through my Zillow lending agent and once we got to meet, we were able to find my new home after only a couple of viewings. She was quick on getting all the paperwork in order for submitting an offer, bringing on a Title agency to start processing an escrow and appraisals, and diligently found all the necessary inspectors for me while I was busy at work. She helped negotiate for some concessions on repairs and even found a contractor to move forward with those repairs as soon as the purchase closed. Tracy did an amazing job of assisting with our first home purchase! We are veterans and used the VA home loan and she and her team made the process very smooth.
