Tracy helped us with the sale of our condo in Lakewood and was outstanding! We had some personal challenges come up along the way and she was very understanding and did everything she could to help us get our condo on the market. When it came down to negotiating offers, she worked hard to make sure that we were getting the best deal possible. Almost a year before I sold my house, I contacted Tracy Panariello to talk about my plans and to get advice on home improvements to consider to help make my home more marketable. She told me what buyers look for, why certain improvements would have a good return on investment while others wouldn't, and gave me references for people to do the work. She stayed in touch during the year and gave advice as the projects were completed. When it came time to list my home for sale (just as the Covid-19 restrictions were being implemented), she managed to get staging and photography completed just as everything was shutting down.
