I've been living in my house for 3 months now and I couldn't be happier with this buy. Granted, I would have been unable to have such a smooth process w/o Tracy. Tracy, gives you an informed orientation of the home buying process from the get go, therefore, even before you dive into looking around, you know what to expect and are prepared to choose right, compete, and win. I loved how she doesn't force you outside of your limits and is extremely patient with the buyer. She will look at however many houses until you find the right fit. What I like the most about her is that everytime we went to see a house she personally looked at everything as if she was the one buying the house and took care of all the communications with the seller. It was super easy for me to go on a TDY and then prepare for a deployment on closing week because she took care if all the details. I definetely recommend her, especially if you are a military member.
