I can’t say enough about how amazing Tracy Ison was in our home search. Moving across the country without any friends or family here was no easy feat, but she made the house buying process as comfortable as possible. She listened to our list and found us a home that checked the boxes. She was quick to respond to questions and find us answers. Tracy even drove across the state to show us a home! We had never even heard of the town we ended up purchasing in, but she found this hidden gem and we are forever grateful. We always felt like she really cared about us and first friend in Kentucky, we are blessed to know her. The whole team at Bluegrass Realty is fantastic, responsive, and professional. Everyone is so friendly and working with Tracy and the team was the best welcome to our new state. We love it here and have Tracy to thank for finding us our beautiful land, home, and community!

Tracy was the best to work with.. She understood us and knew what was important and what wasn't important in our search. Always helped us with any questions we had and always responded very quickly..
