From the beginning of selling our historic home, I had high expectations for the selling realtor. They needed to understand the unique nature and the unique type of buyer needed. I also expected them to manage all aspects including evaluations, inspections, estimates, repairs and maintenance while on the market. I also had financial goals, what was needed to recover and even profit from the large investments made in the historic home over the years we owned and maintained it. Tracy stepped up with full understanding of these expectations. She exceeded everything we expected and sold the home very quickly, even with holidays and a generally slow winter season.
