Traci Stevens Traci grew up hearing stories from her family in real estate about the construction of commercial and residential developments in San Diego. So from her teens, she had already developed a strong desire to enter the real estate industry and further the growth of her native San Diego. She began her impressive career as a property manager in 1991 before earning her license as a salesperson in 1995 and ultimately achieving her broker’s license in 2003. Traci has the CLHMS, GRI, CRS, and SFR designations from NAR. Traci is a former Chair of the RAPP Committee and the Grievance Committee of the SDAR, in addition to being a former member of its Board of Directors. She’s also a past President of the Mission Bay Real Estate Association. Currently, her greatest strength as a Realtor is her natural tendency to be a people pleaser. She’s a good listener and always keeps her clients’ needs at the forefront of her actions and decisions. This skill set allows her to consistently wow her clients, whether they’re buying or selling a home or an investment property. Traci is the majority shareholder of RE/MAX COASTAL and San Diego Vacation Rentals, located in Pacific Beach. She specializes in second-home investment properties along the coastal region of central San Diego, as well as dealing with 2 to 4-unit residential properties. Many of her clients place their properties into her firm’s vacation rental program for continued revenue growth and appreciation. During her free time, Traci practices Ashtanga Yoga and vipassana meditation, for which she’s also a duly certified teacher.
