Traci and her team are phenomenal! I had never sold a house before and it was also our first time buying new construction. We were incredibly lucky to have Traci on our side when it came to contracts and negotiation -- she pointed out the gotchas and the details in the fine print that many people easily overlook. We're planning on staying in this house until retirement, but if we do move again, there's no doubt in my mind that we'd hire Traci and her team again!
