Traci met with us and thoughtfully outlined the improvements/repairs we needed to do to sell our home. In particular, she noted those things that were not necessary. She helped us select paint colors and light fixtures. She provided contact information for several contractors. In the end, everything she suggested worked perfectly as our home sold over just one weekend and at a very good price. We were exceedingly pleased and would highly recommend Traci and her team.
