Traci Maxwell was definitely the right choice when it came to chosing a realtor to sell my house. She met with me immediately and answered so many questions that I had. Traci helped me get started with the process, gave me advice about what repairs and updates would be appealing to prospective buyers and even offered names and contact information of people who could make repairs and complete yard work for me. She then provided a workable timeline and patiently checked in with me occasionally. Once the necessary work was done, Traci immediately got to work and the house was under contract within the week. She even went above and beyond by taking my dogs for walks while prospective buyers were looking at the house! A seller couldn’t ask for anymore than that! I felt comfortable with Traci. I met her while assisting her with flood rescue efforts through one of our facilities here in Wimberley. We housed relief workers who were coordinated and referred to us by Traci. So, I know here heart is in our local community and in helping others. So that led me to her primarily. I was glad to be able to give back to her for in a small way for the countless hours of volunteer work she has done in our community.

I really don't know where to start. Traci knew going in that it would take a long time to find the perfect property for us. It was going to take knowledge of the area, which she knew like the back of her hand, it was going to take relationships with other brokers, keeping all ears and eyes open for what might be the missing piece to our puzzle. We hiked up and down rugged properties, met on Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, early mornings, for months. Even when she knew it wasn't the right property (and she had such great radar because she listened and cared), she would meet me there and be ready to discuss why it would or wouldn't work. She never once encouraged me to settle, even though I wanted to a few times. But it didn't, and it was because she wanted success for my vision. Low and behold, Traci found a place for us that a typical agent would never have stumbled across, because she's great at what she does and this (Wimberley) community loves and trusts her. This is my second property purchase with Traci and she is the best. Period.

I have known Traci personally for a while but had never worked with her as a professional real estate broker before.
