Traci went beyond the call of duty in doing the 3+ hour walk through with me, and I must say that it was so comforting having her there to describe the intricacies of homes in Texas and even septic systems. I really don't know where to start. Traci knew going in that it would take a long time to find the perfect property for us. It was going to take knowledge of the area, which she knew like the back of her hand, it was going to take relationships with other brokers, keeping all ears and eyes open for what might be the missing piece to our puzzle. We hiked up and down rugged properties, met on Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, early mornings, for months. Even when she knew it wasn't the right property (and she had such great radar because she listened and cared), she would meet me there and be ready to discuss why it would or wouldn't work. She never once encouraged me to settle, even though I wanted to a few times. But it didn't, and it was because she wanted success for my vision. Low and behold, Traci found a place for us that a typical agent would never have stumbled across, because she's great at what she does and this (Wimberley) community loves and trusts her. This is my second property purchase with Traci and she is the best. Period.
