Well we didn’t want to sale our property but some life events happened and we didn’t have much other choice. But since we decided to sale, Traci was very knowledgeable and knows her stuff when it comes to real estate. She handles pretty much everything and makes it very easy for the sellers or buyers. She seems to live real estate which is good in my mind because you know she try’s hard for her clients. She is driven and motivated and I would highly recommend her as an agent to consider using. Who really wants to use an agent that just throws your listing on the MLS and waits for a buyer. I know I don’t, with Traci you will get an agent that try’s to sale your home or property. During the final days prior to settlement, a required water quality test failed; this failure could have caused the sale to fall through. Traci organised her friend to repair our water filter system and remained in contact with the repairman to ensure that the repair was completed and that a new water quality test was provided. The test passed and the sale was successful. Furthermore, Traci paid for the repair and then waited for settlement funding to reimburse her.
