My daughter and I approached Traci Crawford about selling both of our houses in order to combine households. As this was a first for us, we had lots of questions. Traci patiently described the process and answered all our questions. She was always thoughtful, detail oriented and very professional. She handled all the negotiations and paperwork in a timely and efficient way and explained all the documents we signed. Both houses sold and the closings were completed within a few weeks time.Traci also helped us find and purchase our current home. It has most everything we asked for so that we each have our separate areas when we need it. I don't even know where to start with Traci and how amazing she is. We were viewing homes sight unseen only through her eyes. I had a lot of requests for a house and she didn't bat an eye at us. I could text or call her literally anytime and she was so prompt in response and always willing to help. We just moved in to our home 3 days ago and are so happy with it. I dont know why I picked Traci to help us but I'm so happy I ran across her name in a fb group and reached out to her.
