We met Traci when we started looking for a home to rent for our recent PCS down to Mayport. She was amazing!!! We then decided to buy a home instead of rent and reached out to Traci to help us navigate that path. She is absolutely amazing!! She knows how hard it is to shop for a home when you are currently living in another state because she has lived that life. She toured all the homes we found, video taped each one including the drive into the neighborhood and the inside and outside of the home. She let us know of any scents associated with the home as well as any things in the area that we should be aware of. She made sure we were not going into it blind. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our choices. There is no way we could have bought our home on the timeline that we had living in another state with anyone other than Traci.

As a new arrival to the Jacksonville community 2017 my goal was to buy a home so I started looking for realtors on Facebook and seen TRACI’s profile i messaged her and asked her a few questions she answered right away.
