Traci is the best! You would be lucky to have her on your side! We were in the market for our first home and it took us 4 months to find the right house. Traci was with us every step of the way. She always had our best interest in mind and was on a mission to find the best house within our budget. She was so patient, answered all our questions, gave us pointers, was always responsive - an all around expert in the field. We are so happy in our new home and we couldn't have done it without her.

Traci is a joy to work with. As the listing agent on our recent home sale, she made the process so easy and worry free. And she went the extra mile, moving furniture around to improve the visuals, dropping by the house to turn lights on and off for showings. Traci was not only professional but very efficient. Our tenant moved out on the 5th of Feb (Friday). Traci got painters and window washers in within the next day. Got our home staged and photographed. Our home was listed the following Thursday the 11th. We accepted an offer on the 16th. We got multiple offers and 24% over our asking. Just wow.

We found Traci at an open house and we were immediately impressed with her demeanor and knowledge. We then spent nearly a year looking for the right home. Traci was extremely patient with our evolving plans and desires for a place to live. She was always ready to show a home at a moments notice. She was in constant contact showing us potential places and answering questions. With the change in protocols due to coronavirus, Traci was quick to adapt to the new processes. In the end, her networking and negotiations skills allowed us to find our home in an extremely competitive market. We were able to make a pre-market offer and avoid the competition. We are excited to move into our first home. We are extremely thankful for our experience with Traci and plan to keep our relationship with her for the long term.
