Traci was not only professional but very efficient. Our tenant moved out on the 5th of Feb (Friday). Traci got painters and window washers in within the next day. Got our home staged and photographed. Our home was listed the following Thursday the 11th. We accepted an offer on the 16th. We got multiple offers and 24% over our asking. Just wow.

Traci and Steve, for the third time, helped me sell (twice) and buy (once) houses that I owned. The most recent time, Last month, was the most difficult, not because the house wasn't sell-able, but with the Covid pandemic we had to hold off from our March 26 first open house.
