5 stars is not enough to describe our experience with Traci. My wife and I have been looking for a little bigger than our now prior home, single story, more entertaining friendly, reasonably priced home in Danville (yes a needled in a haystack) off and on for 25 years with no luck. In no time Traci found us the perfect place, gave us great advice on our original offer and when it wasn't accepted due to a crazy high, higher offer stayed connected to the Seller's agent "just in case because you never know". When the other offer fell through, thanks to Traci and her negotiating skills, we were ready to swoop in and buy our dream home for even less than our original offer. I can't say enough about Traci's professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market and process and her negotiation skills. She has even been great post-closing in following up to ensure our move went well and that everything has been going well with the new house. I almost forgot to mention she was also a huge help in getting our prior home rented after we moved out.
