Tracey is an excellent, talented realtor. She was professional in every way and did everything well within timeliness. Because of the way she promoted my home,it sold in a week. Tracey was there for the inspection, tours and every time someone needed to be at the house. She was excellent and I highly recommend her.

Tracey's evaluation on our house was higher than other agents we contacted. She was very professional in her dealings with us the the buyers agents who presented many challenges during negotiations. If there was something that needed to be done on the house she had names of local tradesmen that worked in a timely manner. She kept in touch with us while working with the buyers agents requests. Along with a higher listing price she was able to negotiate a sales price that was quite close to our asking price. She knows the Brewster/Cape area well. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Tracey again.

Tracey was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of selling and purchasing a home. She was able to explain to me the the steps of selling my house with pros and cons of completing more work on the house before it went on the market and the necessary changes that had to be done as the process went through. I appreciated her timeliness with getting back to me with information needed to make decisions. Tracey was great - we were buying a second home from a few states away. She worked with us for over 2 years - first negotiating over a home we found, then showing us other homes when that fell through, and then helping us actually buy the first house when it went back on the market! She kept us in the loop the whole time and made the process very easy!
