Tracey was immediately friendly and obviously knowledgeable. She listened and understood my concerns about timing and how I wanted to go about it. She understood I had 3 siblings to please as I sold my Dads home. She responded immediately to every one of my questions, checked in very regularly , advised me on the crazy market, agreed when I wanted to up the asking price a little and once we had an offer she made herself available for WHATEVER was needed. Understanding that I live 1.5 hours away she provided me w viable local options in terms of things that needed to be fixed/addressed. All of whom were timely and friendly.
