Tracey made selling my parents' house easy from a long distance away. When something needed to be done she pointed me towards good local people to assist (clearing out the house, cleaning the house, etc.). When the buyer asked for some changes, Tracey got local contractors on the job to provide estimates, etc., and she was always highly engaged, providing at least weekly summaries of showings, comments from the showings, etc. As the Realtor's advertisement says, "Very market is different," and the market tuned against us almost as soon as I signed the contract. Consequently the asking price was too high and time-to-sale longer than anticipated. Tracey recognized the turn in the market within weeks and counseled me how to play into it. It is for this reason alone that "Local Knowledge" was rated four stars, not five. I also realize that the market turn was not under her control. (I had other Realtors recommending higher asking prices up to the time the house was placed under contract, so if there was a misreading of the market, as opposed to a market turn, everyone was misreading it, not just Tracey.) In the end I'm perhaps making a bigger issue of it than it was, but wanted to explain the 4-star rating and share that with even this bump in the road I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey or use her again.
