Before we met Tori we had a horrible experience with our previous agent and when we met Tori she was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional and knowledgeable with everything and if there was something she didn’t know she got back to us right away with the right answer. She communicated very well and kept us in the loop with everything. Our relationship with her felt like she was apart of the family. She truly had our best interest at heart with everything. She didn’t rush us or try to change our mind or convince us to do anything other than what we wanted to do. She supported us while heartedly. She was very patient with us. She was always available via phone, text or email. I never had to wait long for a return response from her. She has even followed up with us a few times after we closed to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. I can go on and on about how great she is. Let’s just say this, we have NOTHING bad to say about her. Our whole experience with her was very satisfying and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of a real estate agent. My husband talk to her first and he told me “oh you have to talk to her, I want her as our agent”, so when I talk to her for the first time I was like YES! She’s the one! And I hired her immediately and was so glad I did. Her experience and professionalism is top notch.

I had originally planned to work with another realtor, but when I couldn't get a hold of her to discuss a fast moving property, I reached out to Tori with questions and she was on top of it and had spoken to the selling agent in minutes! I was blown away. I needed someone with this level of attentiveness and responsiveness to suit my personality through this process, and Tori did a fantastic job. She was a great negotiator, negotiated getting a large portion of my closing costs covered along with a home warranty, and I got a great deal on my house, far less than what it appraised for, yay! Whether you've never bought a house or you have bought 10, I cannot recommend Tori enough. Her attentiveness to detail and stellar negotiation skills are complimented beautifully by her sparkling personality. Tori will be my Atlanta realtor for life!
