Before we met Tori we had a horrible experience with our previous agent and when we met Tori she was like a breath of fresh air. She was very professional and knowledgeable with everything and if there was something she didn’t know she got back to us right away with the right answer. She communicated very well and kept us in the loop with everything. Our relationship with her felt like she was apart of the family. She truly had our best interest at heart with everything. She didn’t rush us or try to change our mind or convince us to do anything other than what we wanted to do. She supported us while heartedly. She was very patient with us. She was always available via phone, text or email. I never had to wait long for a return response from her. She has even followed up with us a few times after we closed to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. I can go on and on about how great she is. Let’s just say this, we have NOTHING bad to say about her. Our whole experience with her was very satisfying and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of a real estate agent. My husband talk to her first and he told me “oh you have to talk to her, I want her as our agent”, so when I talk to her for the first time I was like YES! She’s the one! And I hired her immediately and was so glad I did. Her experience and professionalism is top notch.

She was a great negotiator, negotiated getting a large portion of my closing costs covered along with a home warranty, and I got a great deal on my house, far less than what it appraised for, yay! Whether you've never bought a house or you have bought 10, I cannot recommend Tori enough. Her attentiveness to detail and stellar negotiation skills are complimented beautifully by her sparkling personality. Tori will be my Atlanta realtor for life!

Tori was our agent when we purchased our first home. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, honest & understood my unique requirements for our home. She helped us find the perfect fit quickly, even though it took many long days! Will absolutely use her again.

Tori made herself available way beyond "business hours". She went looking at houses with me daily and walked me through the process of putting in an offer. We will be closing on our dream house at the end of the month and she pretty much moved mountains to get the seller to agree to our requests for repairs on an as-is home during our due diligence. She is persistent, pleasant, knowledgeable, and will help you get the house YOU want, not just what she thinks will be "good enough".

Tori really did a wonderful job for us both buying and selling, the whole experience went better than my expectations. She definatly has the drive and determination to get things done Tori was always there for every question or concern regardless of the time of day. The home we purchased she negotiated a few thousand less than what we were willing to pay and also listed and sold our previous house for exactly the amount we wanted, she really had to work to get that negotiation finalized. We highly recommend Tori, it was refreshing to work with someone who really put the effort into making things happen and not be a Realtor that just showed up. We consider her a friend and helped us find our forever home.
