Tonya identified what we were looking for in a home, and presented and showed us a number of homes with the features that we desired in the location where we wanted to reside. She provided detailed overviews of the homes prior to them being shown to us, and explained intricate details regarding the homes that we were shown during the showings (walk-throughs). She took the time to recap each of the homes that we saw on each occasion, and performed follow-up with us to see if we had any questions and/or if we wanted to move forward with the potential purchase of any of the properties that she had shown after giving us some time to give it thought. Understanding that this was a major decision, she was never "pushy" and did not rush us in making our decision. Whenever we needed assistance in any aspect of the home buying process, she was there to provide her expertise to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied with this process. We never felt rushed and with Tonya's assistance, we were eventually able to make an intelligent and informed decision to find the home that was right for us.

When I first met with Tonya to discuss possibly becoming my agent to represent the sale of all home it was a very professional, calming experience. It was a very easy decision to make after that meeting to select Tonya as my agent. I had many questions, but Tonya had many answers without me asking my questions. She knew the market, review the comps in my area and suggested my selling price. Tonya, explain the contract to me and the different cost that was associated with the process. She kept me informed of when someone wanted to view my home and instructed the buyer's agent of my requirements. She thoroughly reviewed the many offers with me and suggested which to accept, and a backup contract based on what was being offered by the buyer. After accepting a offer, running into a few delays with the buyer; she stayed on top of the process communicating with the buyer's agent and keeping me inform. I had a quick deadline and she ensured it would be sold by that date. She just kept me informed at all times, from marketing the home to settlement. She made herself available; as I felt I was her only seller (knowing I wasn't) but the level of attention and outstanding service I received was great!! This was not my first sell of a home, but all processes are different. But, during this process Tonya services to me remain the same - OUTSTANDING!! Can't wait to buy again soon and utilize her services again.
