My experience with finding a home for my family with Tonya was great; Tonya was literally always a phone call away at any given time to answer any questions I had along the way & delivered to make sure this process was a success for us!

When I first met with Tonya to discuss possibly becoming my agent to represent the sale of all home it was a very professional, calming experience. It was a very easy decision to make after that meeting to select Tonya as my agent. I had many questions, but Tonya had many answers without me asking my questions. She knew the market, review the comps in my area and suggested my selling price. Tonya, explain the contract to me and the different cost that was associated with the process. She kept me informed of when someone wanted to view my home and instructed the buyer's agent of my requirements. She thoroughly reviewed the many offers with me and suggested which to accept, and a backup contract based on what was being offered by the buyer. After accepting a offer, running into a few delays with the buyer; she stayed on top of the process communicating with the buyer's agent and keeping me inform. I had a quick deadline and she ensured it would be sold by that date. She just kept me informed at all times, from marketing the home to settlement. She made herself available; as I felt I was her only seller (knowing I wasn't) but the level of attention and outstanding service I received was great!! This was not my first sell of a home, but all processes are different. But, during this process Tonya services to me remain the same - OUTSTANDING!! Can't wait to buy again soon and utilize her services again.
