Tonya Proctor

I was referred to Tonya and have been working with her for years. She’s definitely 1st on my list very talented in many areas and knows her Job very well. Tonya Proctor deserves her flowers in advance. Thank you for everything. Looking forward to working with you in the future.

Tonya Proctor was an absolute delight to have as my realtor. A consummate professional in her craft, she was very patient with me—a first-time homebuyer— who had a plethora of questions and admittedly at times toggled back and forth in my decision-making processes. I know I must have just about drove her crazy, nonetheless, she remained quite personable. She and my mortgage lender, James Reed of WesBanco, worked within the framework of my hectic work schedule and got me across the finish line. I have my first home and it checks 99% of my boxes. I highly recommend Tonya Proctor and James Reed and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have purchased multiple properties from Tonya Proctor and have Never - I repeat Never been disappointed. Now I have ventured into the flipping realm of real estate and once again I chose to do business with Tonya. Her knowledge, skills and expertise is the game changer. I let her take the reins while I sit back and marvel at how amazing she is. The first flip property went on the market and sold in just two days for asking price. Now call it a fluke if you want but my second flip sold in just eight (8) days for above asking price. This was all because I listened to Tonya and trusted her process. I have mixed emotions because I want to give her recognition and praise, but I also want to be selfish and keep her skills all to myself. I am definitely using her on my next project and any endeavors regarding real estate in the future. Thank you sooooo much Tonya Proctor (My Agent of the Year)

Working with Tonya was an absolute pleasure! She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire selling process. I always felt like I was in great hands. Her professionalism and attention to detail made everything go smoothly, and I truly appreciated her clear communication and care every step of the way. Thank you, Tonya!

Tonya was very professional throughout the whole buying experience. She had a wide variety of knowledge and was able to help me and my family choose the right home. Her hard steady ways & determination to make sure we had everything we wanted is appreciated.

My family hired Tonya Proctor to be our real estate agent for 2 properties! On both occasions she shared her knowledge, communicated changes, and was very patient. We will definitely use her services again!
