Tonya identified what we were looking for in a home, and presented and showed us a number of homes with the features that we desired in the location where we wanted to reside. She provided detailed overviews of the homes prior to them being shown to us, and explained intricate details regarding the homes that we were shown during the showings (walk-throughs). She took the time to recap each of the homes that we saw on each occasion, and performed follow-up with us to see if we had any questions and/or if we wanted to move forward with the potential purchase of any of the properties that she had shown after giving us some time to give it thought. Understanding that this was a major decision, she was never "pushy" and did not rush us in making our decision.
