Ms. Lucas has been an absolute GODSEND!! she represented me as the buyer of this property back in 2018, and when I decided to sell, there was no one else I thought of. She has also been a fierce advocate for me, and my rights as a seller. We had a challenging home buying process that started with the sale of the existing home and the purchase of our dream home. We had a number of challenges with the lender, which made our timelines slip and resulted in us needing to put our house back on the market again to eventually rent. Tonya was the steady force throughout the entire process. She was an amazing realtor that we will continue to use, and we highly recommend her because of her: **Knowledge and experience: Her knowledge and experience about every single aspect of real estate (the market, lending, rentals, needed repairs, warranties, staging, etc.) was much needed. Because of her genuine passion for real estate and her experience as an agent and a landlord, we relied constantly on her knowledge and experience. **Problem-solving skills: When issued arised (as they did quite a bit), she immediately went into problem solving mode. I am an engineer and business owner and really pride myself in having this skillset. However, we listened to her thoughts and approach, and would defer to her judgment on the path forward because she was so sound in her knowledge and approach to resolving problems. **Honesty and Integrity: She upholds the highest standards of ethics, honesty and integrity. She always advised us from this place. **Engaging personality and professionalism: She was such a pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed talking with her and learning from her.
