We worked with Tonya on both the buy and sell side of the transaction. Our criteria was that the agent had to help us buy first, before we would sell. She got us into our next home - on the money, which is a big deal in the Bay Area. Not a cent above list price. On the sell side, she and her team were very hands-on, remodeling our bathrooms, carpets, floor. It all came within budget, without us having to hire another professional to manage.
