Tony would respond within reasonable time frames to questions that I had surrounding the sale, timing of various parts, documents, and suggestions for numbers and negotiation ideas. The land sale seemed pretty straightforward to me, but from what I understand simple land tends to be harder to sell than land with an established house, so I can say having it under contract within a couple of months is definitely a stress reliever; I can thank Tony and his team for making the MLS and Zillow postings attractive, and for being on my side when it came to making sure property walks were doable for interested parties.
We went to Tony after making the difficult decision to sell our home. He provided advise so we could make the most money on the sale with what was needed to be done to get the most value from the property. He made the process very smooth and once we filled out the paper work he took care of the rest. It made it easy for us to focus on moving and not be stressed about the logistics of selling and dealing with that side of the story.
