About Tony

Tony grew up in rural southern Illinios and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. He spent 33 years in the Telecommunications Industry and moved his family from St. Louis, Mo. in 1979. He has over 40 years of business and sales experience. Tony became a full-time real estate professional in 2002 and was honored to receive the "Realtor Rookie of the Year" award from the Birmingham Association of Realtors his first year. He was the Sales Manager for a large builder for 10 years and learned so much about the process of building communities as well as homes. He has had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for both the Birmingham Association of Realtors (BAR) and Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders (GBAHB). Tony has participated in all facets of the Real Estate and New Construction Business. He has earned his Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Home Specialist (CSP), Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) designations. Tony has also earned the Masters in Residential Marketing Designation (MIRM). This one of the highest levels of accomplishment in New Home Construction. He has also received the Club of Excellence Awards, Million Dollar Circle Award, Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Re/Max Executive Club and Re/Max 100% Club. Tony constantly familiarizes himself with the most up to date market trends and analysis, mortgage products and home inventories. He takes great pride in helping clients reach their goals of buying or selling a home and always make their needs his number one priority. He specializes in listing and selling New Construction Homes and Resales in the Jefferson and Shelby Counties Areas. In addition to his responsibilities as a Realtor, He has been certified as an instructor by the National Association of Home Builders and Alabama Real Estate Commission. He has developed and delivered numerous training courses in the New Construction Field and general Real Estate Industry. He works with both new and estatablished agents to enhance their real estate careers.
