After our initial meeting with Tony we knew he was the agent for us! In addition to his excellent track record his engaging personality and positive attitude about our homes' market potential gave us the assurance we were looking for in a realtor. He was willing to work with us on the valuation we were initially seeking (our sights were set high), but understood that we would need to be flexible as he gently navigated us through a process that at times tested our resolve. Tony was always confident, patiently reminding us that all it took was finding that one buyer who was just right for our home! The only reason for giving him 4 stars rather than 5 was due to an unfortunate injury he sustained that put him out of commission for a spell, requiring him to bring in another agent on our sale. This resulted in a lack of communication at times that was a bit frustrating, however understandable given the circumstances. We otherwise highly recommend Tony to all potential home sellers!

My family and I are not related to Tony and had no prior connection to him. We interviewed 3 realtors to sell a house in Beaverton. We selected Tony Apa as one of the candidates because he was a successful, prolific salesman according to our research. Tony and his colleague Courtney Clarke stood out from the other Realtors because they listened to our needs and they had creative ideas for marketing the house. Tony presented us with a beautiful color bound marketing analysis (CMA) comparing our house to 9 other houses recently sold in the area. Tony and Courtney advised us on an asking price for the home. Due to hot market conditions, everyone expected the house would sell quickly. Tony had a sign on the lawn and a bucket of high-quality flyers in place quickly. The flyer included photos taken by Tony’s photographer at his own cost. The photos were enhanced by artificial intelligence called HDReal® The same info and photos were placed on many real estate web sites, at Tony’s expense. Indeed, there were immediate showings of the house because of Tony’s marketing. Unfortunately, a quick sale did not happen. Buyers were put off because the neighbors had many cars which crowded the street. There were also a few ‘lowball’ offers which Tony advised us to decline, even though this delayed his commission. Tony showed his tenacity and determination by: • Placing additional signage directing buyers to the house • • Producing a second high-quality color flyer emphasizing the convenient location of the house. • Adding virtual furniture to the house photos, again at Tony’s effort and expense. The virtual furniture looked real; just like professional staging...even though the house was empty. As a result of Tony’s extra efforts, the house was shown to a total of 40 prospective buyers and eventually sold for slightly less than the asking price. We wholeheartedly recommend Tony. He is an effective and caring salesperson who always had our best interest in mind.
