Tony and Courtney were really wonderful. They always made time for me, answered my MANY MANY questions, answered or returned my calls and texts quickly...were exceedingly patient while I looked for the right home. It was truly like working with a good friend.
Tony and team helped us buy our first home. His night and weekend availability and immediate returned calls and texts made us feel like we were his number one priority. Which is crazy since his case load is huge. In general he was very on top of it, remembered our needs and tastes, while keeping everything pretty straight forward and clear. He never made us feel dumb through our many naive questions. Ultimately we were the ones that found the house, but he helped us nail it down from offer to closure. Probably because I like to understand every detail, I feel there were a few lapses in communication here and there where Tony would execute on a plan or point of negotiation with the seller before we were 100% ready or gave the OK, but ultimately everything he did for us ended up being in our best interest. Like it or not, buying a home is an emotional, stressful roller coaster, but Tony and his team were a source of calm and reassurance. In the end we got a great first home with a solid deal, and we feel like we came out ahead in closing and in the fine details of the negotiations that maximized the value for the money.
We have bought two houses with Tony’s services. He always been easy to work with, professional and always made himself available. Tony and Courtney were great at keeping in touch with us throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure working with them as they did a wonderful job!
