When a problem would arise, for instance, when the photographer scheduled to photograph our home was ill, he brought in a substitute who was delightful and did an excellent job (and we are photographers!). He and his partner did a great job showing the house, setting up offers, and, in the end, getting a better price than was listed, but well deserved. We highly recommend him. He's also very personable a s well as hardworking and effective.

Tony helped with us buy our first house and it was so easy we probably took him and Courtney for granted. As our family expanded we needed a bigger home. Through this latest buying process we really came to appreciate his skill and caring approach. They did a lot for us this time: navigating challenging corporate brokers, acting as a buffer for the B.S. that comes with a national builder, and encouraging us to not jump into anything without due diligence. Tony and Courtney were really attentive and are very quick to respond to a random text or call for the latest question or concern. Their support even went as far as to help us navigate closing while abroad for work. I definitely didn’t feel like “just another client” and they absolutely have our trust.
