It was a little trying to sell my house, especially since it was on a whim and it was just before holiday season! Toni has been doing this so long, she wasn't worried at all! I can’t recommend Toni Skane high enough!!! I met Toni through my family who already live in Canyon Lake. They wanted me to move closer to the area, and introduced me to Toni. What a gift that turned out to be! I was relocating for the first time in 50 years, and to say I didn’t know what to expect or how to accomplish it would be an understatement. I wound up putting in an offer on a foreclosure, with all sorts of ins and outs required with paperwork, dealing with escrow etc. Toni made it a walk in the park for me. She handled it all - she was so knowledgeable about every facet of buying and selling real estate, be it a foreclosure, a cash sale, or any other form of purchasing property. She was always available – if I sent her a text, an email or made a phone call, her response to me was immediate. She had GREAT follow through on different aspects of getting the right document signed, recorded, etc. She went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion because I was physically over 100 miles away – without her willingness to go over and beyond what is normally expected, I don’t know that my transaction would have gone so smoothly.
