Toni is an amazing realtor! She is persistent and on top of EVERYTHING! Our experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. She is knowledgeable in every aspect possible and truly cared about her clients. I 100% recommend using her as your realtor and I refer all my close friends and family to her. You will not be disappointed.

It was a little trying to sell my house, especially since it was on a whim and it was just before holiday season! Toni has been doing this so long, she wasn't worried at all! She knew where the price needed to be, was realistic, and also getting us what we needed in order to purchase another home! Anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor!

Not only does Toni have the knowledge- she is a hustler who doesn't give up! Even when I thought it couldn't be done, she was positive and persistent! Thank you for all your hard work for the last 9-10 months! We love you Lady!

Toni is very knowledgeable and very professional, she always kept me up to date with the sale of my house. I had a couple of difficulties that were my fault and Toni helped me straighten them out, because of Toni the sale went as planned and I believe I was blessed to have her as my realtor.

My wife and I were planning a move from Phoenix to the Temecula area. We met Toni at an open house she was holding, and we knew she was the agent for us. She not only found us the home of our dreams but saved the sale of our home in AZ. Our agent in AZ had dropped the ball on the sale of our home and she stepped in and saved the deal. Her dedication and commitment are second to none, We were so lucky to meet her and have her be our agent and even more fortunate to now call her a friend. Thank you Toni for doing all the things that you did for my family to numerous to mention here. If you are in the market for a home or are selling look no further Toni is your agent.

Helped me purchase my home in 2012. She is excellent! She was very informative throughout the entire process. Extremely knowledgeable and looks out for her clients best interest. Will only use her as long as she is in the business.

It is important for you when selecting an agent, whether you are selling or buying a home is for the agent to fully understand what your needs are, such as a time frame, an agent who will work for you to achieve the best possible results that you are looking for. I found that person, truly professional, highly knowledgeable and a master of the trade! That person who is recommended by me is an agent who will work 100% for you is TONI SKANE of Coldwell Banker. She simply outclassed others in the real estate business. She went above and beyond working diligently what my needs and time were. Every question I had was promptly answered and the amount of help that I received was 'Second to None' TONI did an admirable job in helping a handicapped veteran in obtaining a home, mortgaged by CAL VET! I could never have a more better person in helping me that went beyond the purchasing of a new home. TONI SKANE has put the 'REAL into Real Estate! Her business knowledge, ethics are there for anyone that has to sell or buy a home! GOOD JOB TONI, WELL DONE! Stephen Flowers, USAF

I loved working with Toni as she helped my husband and I buy our first home. She took the time necessary to answer all my questions through this stressful process, found tons of houses for us to look through and eventually helped us buy our dream home!! She really has a lot of knowledge and takes the time and effort to give her clients what they want. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Toni is GREAT! She is right there when you have a question, amazing follow through, SUPER detailed orientated and all about making YOU happy and comfortable with your home sale/purchase. Toni has represented me more than once and if I still lived in CA she is the ONLY person I would use. Pick Toni, she won't disappoint!

Toni is by far the best agent I've worked with in SoCal area. she has excellent local knowledge regarding the area as well market. Always responded on time with all the communications. She is always trying to be ahead of the game to help her client. Awesome to work with her.

I saw a listing but didn't have an agent so I called listing's agent which was Toni. She explained that it was in contract already so she found another similar property. She was on top of things in terms of paperwork, negotiations, and local knowledge. Overall, she made the buying experience a much pleasant one. Thanks, Toni. J.Y.

I can’t recommend Toni Skane high enough!!! I met Toni through my family who already live in Canyon Lake. They wanted me to move closer to the area, and introduced me to Toni. What a gift that turned out to be! I was relocating for the first time in 50 years, and to say I didn’t know what to expect or how to accomplish it would be an understatement. I wound up putting in an offer on a foreclosure, with all sorts of ins and outs required with paperwork, dealing with escrow etc. Toni made it a walk in the park for me. She handled it all - she was so knowledgeable about every facet of buying and selling real estate, be it a foreclosure, a cash sale, or any other form of purchasing property. She was always available – if I sent her a text, an email or made a phone call, her response to me was immediate. She had GREAT follow through on different aspects of getting the right document signed, recorded, etc. She went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion because I was physically over 100 miles away – without her willingness to go over and beyond what is normally expected, I don’t know that my transaction would have gone so smoothly. She treated me as though I was her only client – always available, always had an answer or found one, always upbeat and positive. Toni is very personable, approachable, patient and extremely easy to work with…..she took time to explain many of the processes involved, and made my transaction easy to complete. I highly recommend Toni to anyone in the market that might be buying OR selling their property!!
