Toni was the selling agent on a Sun City, CA property back in 2019 and she showed my sister and I a property or two way back then. Toni was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but we just simply weren't quite ready to move forward and sell our own place at that point. We liked Toni a lot, her friendly manner and her professionalism; so we kept her business card around. Then, years later, it happened. In late May 2023, our family in Northern California found a place near them we were very interested in, and we really wanted to sell ours quick! We looked around and I found the 2019 business card Toni gave us in my car glove box and we called her. Toni came to see us, and our home, almost immediately and brought her daughter & business partner, Bre Cotter, along with her. Toni (and Bre) were both amazing!
