Toni and Bre made the sale of our home so simple and easy! They also sold us that same home a couple of years prior and our experience could not have been better. Their market knowledge and overall expertise in the industry made our family feel extremely informed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend this team any more!

Our experience with Toni was amazing she is there to help you when you need it and extremely invested in making sure you’re satisfied. She was professional in every way and exceeded our expectation with communication.

When I was ready to list my house I contacted prospective agents. Once I spoke with Toni I knew she was the right agent to handle the sale of my home. Toni was and is knowledgeable, persistent, and available for her clients. Her communication and availability through out the entire process was spot on. I truly felt as if my agents were on top of every detail from listing photos, negotiations, showings, and the closing process. I am grateful to have found an agent who was able o navigate through POA/HOA minutia as well. Toni is very personable and her expertise sold home!!!!!!

Toni and Breanna were both with us every step of the way. They helped us get the house ready as far as quick landscaping things we could do for better curb appeal and getting a professional cleaning of the house prior to sale, and repairing minor aesthetic things in the house to make it more attractive to buyers. They went above and beyond and answered all of our calls, texts, and emails immediately, always making us feel welcome and never like we were bugging them with our small questions. 10/10 would recommend (and I do) to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, especially in Canyon Lake and the surrounding cities. Thank you Toni and Bre!

Our experience with Toni and Bre was excellent!! They work very well as a team and are very quick to respond to any and all questions. They made us feel at ease thru the process from beginning to end!! I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!

Toni is very knowledgeable of the market place. She was always ahead of any paperwork and situations that would come up. The number one greatest thing was that she was very easy reach at any given day.

Toni went above and beyond to get my Moms House on the market and sold within a month and a half. She is definitely a hustler when it comes to getting her job done. She kept me in the loop all the time helping me with the next steps to complete the sale. I would recommend Toni to anyone who needs a good agent.

Customer service is an on going never ending remitting type of job...Toni's customer service skills are rated above 10. Never had to ask questions she told us exactly what to do. If we sell we will use Toni agsain.

This is our 3rd transaction with this team. Toni & Bre and the best around and always take care of their clients. Always ready and available when needed and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. We only use Toni & Bre and suggest you do as well!

I am very happy with her. That is why I am listing another property with her.

If you are looking for an agent with a personal touch this is the lady for you. Not only is she professional, and her knowledge of real estate transactions very engaged, she also extends a personal touch to finding a home suited to you and/or stepping you through the many phases to sell your home. Her team is kind, professional, and just plain likeable people. She has helps us through many deals including having to deal with short sales, solar contracts and hard to handle creditors. You will not be disappointed with this team.

Toni and Bre were very professional and made the process of selling our house very pleasant. They told me what I need to do to get the most out of our showing and had our house sold 24 hours after listing. I highly recommend them.
