I’ve been a full time licensed broker for over 30 years. Actually the date is very easy to remember, June 16th 1995. What makes it so easy to remember? Because I left the restaurant business and started selling real estate full time the day my son, Adam, was born. It’s a fun story, many of you may already know it.
Since then, I've experienced both strong and challenging real estate markets selling over 1000 homes. My business has continued to grow through satisfied clients, referrals, and a commitment to helping people achieve their real estate goals.
Over the years, I’ve received my share of awards and recognition. But if you visit my office, you won’t see awards on the walls—you’ll see photos of my family: my wife Lisa and our children, Adam and Katie. Those are the accomplishments that mean the most to me. I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring other brokers and speaking to hundreds of real estate professionals about the principles and practices that have guided my business.
What I’m most grateful for are the relationships I’ve built with my clients. One of the greatest compliments I can receive is a call from a past client who simply has a real estate question and views me as a trusted resource. Of course, I appreciate the opportunity to help people buy and sell homes, but being someone clients can rely on long after the transaction is complete is what makes this career truly rewarding.
If you have questions about real estate, or simply need honest advice, I’d be happy to help. Give me a call. I look forward to hearing from you.
