He has excellant knowledge of all of the steps needed to sell a home. He has a great sense of timing of each step of the process. He works with a great back office crew of inspectors and stagers. He also takes a hands on approach to getting the house ready for viewing. Together, we worked on the things that would help to get the house sold in the shortest time and with the best price. We wouldn't hesistate to use Tom again and highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling a home.

Tom was great to work with, a local guy with an understanding of our needs, the market, and neighborhoods in the area. Laid back and calm, but very attentive to our questions (we had a lot), Tom made the whole process run smoothly.

Tom worked with me to sell my townhouse in Columbia City (Seattle). Was my first time selling a house. The home sold for above asking price. Tom is clearly a very experienced real estate agent. He was always super-responsive and sent me regular updates via e-mail along the way. He was always available to meet, even late at night. Most importantly, Tom went above and beyond what a typical relator would do in getting the house in shape prior to putting it on the market (I didn't really have time to oversee contractors, get the yard spruced up etc.; thankfully Tom offered to helped me with all that). He also made sure requested repairs were taken care of after the inspection. Don't know what I would have done without him. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to sell a home.
