Tom was awesome. He really listened to me and what I was looking for, gave me great advice throughout the entire process, and never made me feel stupid, no matter how ridiculous the question or request. He was really a teammate throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, either with an answer or an update, and I always felt like he was working with me one-on-one, even though I knew that wasn't the case. I highly recommend Tom and The David Schlichter Team.
