I never planned on a career in real estate. I graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in civil engineering, then spent five years as an Air Force officer, values like discipline, respect, and follow through were baked into me long before I ever wrote an offer. But after investing in Denver real estate back in 1998 and moving to the area in 2005, I found something I hadn't expected, a genuine love for helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
That love turned into a career, and over 20 plus years I've had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and investors close on more than 250 homes across the Front Range. Along the way, I spent time helping build a brokerage from the ground up, recruiting and coaching a network of top performing agents, and I even stepped outside real estate for a couple of years to work in corporate sales. It gave me a fresh perspective, but it also made one thing clear, this is where I belong. In 2025, I came back to real estate full time, and I've never felt more focused.
What hasn't changed through any of it is how I work. I'm relentless for my buyers, especially in competitive markets, and I bring a steady, data driven approach to pricing and negotiation for my sellers, aiming for outcomes where everyone walks away feeling good about the deal. For my investors, I bring the numbers minded thinking from my engineering background to help evaluate deals clearly. The home buying and selling process can be stressful and daunting, but my clients tend to find me easy to lean on, because I handle the details so they don't have to.
