Five stars isn't enough for Tom. He's a rare professional, and a great guy with an unrivaled knowledge for the SRQ market. Tom has sold one house and is the listing agent for two others. I'll never use another agent in this market. Ive bought or sold 40 units in four states and only wish I had Tom along with me on every one of them.

Last fall (2015), I decided to explore Sarasota Florida for the very first time with a best girlfriend of mine. My husband and I live in Manhattan and are looking forward to a "snowbird" status in about 4 years. As luck would have it, a friend recommended Tom as the one and only person in Sarasota for any real estate needs. I contacted Tom and he has lived up to his reputation in every possible way. He could not have been friendlier, more responsive or attentive. Even though Tom understood that we could be several years out from buying, he took my friend and myself out for 2 days to explore the neighborhood options. The pros and the cons. We enjoyed every second that we spent with Tom! He is warm and professional and definitely both proud and extensively knowledgeable about his hometown. Fast forward 7 months to May 2016. I took my husband to Siesta Key for a quick introduction to Sarasota as a possibility for a second home. He LOVED it, and, he LOVED Tom just as much as I do. Tom picked us at 10:00am on Thursday and spent the entire day with us. He understood what we were looking for and our price point boundaries. We looked at many homes in the neighborhoods that met our criteria. The next day we followed up with a re-visit and the last home on our list. Huge surprise for all of us....We bought it! And, we could not be happier. We put in our bid on Friday afternoon and came home to NYC on Sunday. Tom took care of everything for us long distance. He totally got us taken care of in every sense of the word. I cannot thank him enough. There is no way! He has completely proven himself to be a man of extreme honesty and utmost integrity. Our deal was completed on June 9th. We are happy second home owners now and we credit Tom Cail for the ease and joy of this huge purchase.
