We moved from Georgia and had 6 weeks to visit Dover and find a home. Todd's professionalism and honesty goes without saying. He not only found us the perfect home, but had our inspections set up so we could walk the house with the Termite and Home Inspectors before we left Delaware. He had our survey and closing set and did all this within the time frame we had before we went back to GA. We knew nothing about Delaware so he took us on a tour through Dover and the neighborhood we now live in. Todd was in contact with us through this whole process, including when we were in GA, for our closing. We feel like he went above and beyond for us and definitely would recommend him to friends, family and anyone we speak with. Great job Todd!

Todd is very professional throughout the process, and kept us informed of what we needed at each step, and what we should expect. He was both the listing agent and ours, but he did not show preference one way or the other. He also puts technology to good use, which is helpful in getting documents signed in a timely manner. Todd also promotes local businesses in various ways, including a nice little gift basket at closing. He is both a wonderful realtor, and an asset to the Dover area. Thanks, Todd!
