We sold two homes using Todd Holmes. He did so well with our first one that we decided to use him again to sell the second. He explained the process and kept us informed. We were living out out of state so he helped us with things that we could not do. He really went out of his way to keep things on track and sell in a difficult market. I would use Todd again if the need ever arises.
