100% rating 10 out of 10! Selina and Todd are incredibly knowledgeable of the current (tough) market and trends. They were very helpful and straightforward with me. I needed a lot of handholding, but they always had all answers, including options, so I could choose whatever worked for me. Selina and Todd even went as far as helping me navigate other services you typically need when buying a home. A bonus is that they moved several times before, so they were able to relate to my situation and make my experience much easier! They stayed on top of everything ever when I needed assistance after moving to my new home. Both are not only very professional in every aspect of the real estate business but also pleasant to work with. They are responsive even outside of business hours, and Todd even knows all about assessing home conditions. Would definitely work with Selina and Todd again.
