Tobin and Roxann Seven were amazing! Both were very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at purchasing in as well as well-versed in all the small details that often make buying a new home a pain. Tobin listed our property and had it sold within a few days. I realize in this market that homes sell fairly quickly on their own, however, Tobin managed to let only serious buyers view our home with minimal traffic to help ensure safety.
