10/10 My experience with Tobin was great! He was able to help me close on a house as active duty air force within 2 weeks. The process and people he pointed me in the direction of were great.
Tobin has made the home buying experience a class act. He was very communicative and insightful. He went above-and-beyond. I had an issue with the building management, and he drove all the way to talk to them and fixed the issues. No expected and not necessary, but he did so knowing I couldn't solve the issue myself.
Having Tobin as my realtor to buy my first home has been an elite experience. The man knows his stuff. Tobin was very helpful in assisting us with finding a house and managed to help us settle in 21 days. Being that we were living overseas, Tobin was still able to get us everything that we needed to acquire our first house. Tobin is an absolutely excellent agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the processes and will not hesitate to advise you wisely, and pursue what avenue you decide on. He's a veteran who still has the warrior mentality, and he directs it to support your purchase process (within his role as a realtor). He works for you, and he will remind you of that multiple times.
