Tobin Seven went above and beyond to ensure the closing of my vacant townhouse proceeded on schedule at the agreed price; the buyers home inspector caused a flood with extensive water damage occurring and he assisted in getting a restoration service involved and getting the insurance claim and the closing happened on schedule two weeks later. He also arranged for lawn care and remediation of HOA infractions to ensure the closing. Being an out of town seller, I can't say enough praises; he made the sale much less stressful.
