Toan was our agent when we moved back to Oceanside in 2012. Today we just closed the sale of that same house through Toan. In the meantime, we worked with Toan to purchase and renovate the home we currently live in which is our forever home. In each case Toan was the ultimate professional and has truly become a friend of ours over the years. I recently purchased a duplex property in Chula Vista using Toan as my agent. As an investor, I've bought and sold numerous properties, but this is my first purchase in San Diego area. Being a remote investor, this creates additional demands on the local realtor. I found Toan highly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, personal, honest, and with excellent negotiation skills. For each prospective property, Toan would provide me with a detailed repair list with estimated costs, which greatly facilitated bidding process. He and I would discuss bidding strategies, and after signing, he’d stay on top of the closing process and finding ways to protect my interest. His contractor background came in handy during the inspections and was very helpful in digging deeper into the property issues and suggesting solutions. I’ve found his advice to be knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly, has my interest at heart. Toan has my highest recommendations, and I look forward to using his services for my future properties in the San Diego area.

My wife and I took a more deliberate (i.e. slow) approach to home buying. We wanted to fit the best fit for us, and Toan was our agent for several months before he found us our current home. Throughout the process he was extremely patient with us and helped us narrow down our lists of likes and must-haves. Things that we really appreciated about working with Toan: 1.
