I transitioned back into real estate after a 24 year career as a paralegal for one of the largest defense and plaintiff firms in the world. As a paralegal, I learned to be patient, detail-oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for all my clients. As a Florida native and a Brevard County resident for over 17 years, I have witnessed the tremendous changes that have transformed Brevard County into one of the most sought after destinations in Florida. I can assist my clients’ with planting roots of their own into Florida’s Space Coast. My knowledge of this region and expertise of living here give me the enthusiasm to make my hometown your hometown! Whether you are buying or selling, I will work incessantly to promote your best interests. When I am not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband. I also enjoy, boating, fishing, relaxing on the space coast beaches and volunteering for various charities and participating in my homeowner’s association functions.

Great Service & Knowledge

Tina Kennedy was always on top of my purchase by keeping me in the loop on what was happening. I also got great suggestions for other vendors that got the loan processed and property insurance (better pricing than I found). She has a wealth of practical knowledge and people skills as well.
